Money Money Money!
Platium and gold is what makes the GuildWars Ecomny going. But some of us lack money! In some outposts i go,i see people begging for money or scamming cheap weapons and selling them for high prices...like a victos 10/10 axe which was sold to a guy for 35k when a 20/20 was released!I suggest placing NPC's in Cities which act as bank loaners. They can also act as NPC's who store unlimited cash unlike the storage. You see,i myself dun really have much money only bout 10-20k which is obviously not enough! These loaners which u can loan money from them...lets say a range from 1K-90k???Then u have a deadline of 2 weeks to pay back or the amount u loaned will be automatically deducted from ur inventory.....
Example:
Current Cash:60K
Loaned:20K
After 2 weeks didnt repay loan....
Spent on something worth 80k
Current Cash:0K
Deduct:20K
Left:-20K
So that what happens if u dun repay after the 2 weeks deadline. So the guy will have to either sell items to get back to 1K instead of negative. And he wont be able to loan anymore from the loaners coz they dun trust him anymore!

Why not just earn the gold in the first place, or ask help from guildies? x_X
Sure, that'd be pretty nice feature if you need it bad, ie to buy item X, and there's no guildies around, although this adds a new way for people who've managed to get people's accounts, borrowing the max gold out and then transferring it away.
'unno. It'd be a nice feature, in the end, I suppose. :P

Eh, this way you can purchase larger amounts of items that are speculated to rise which leads to a much larger profit in the long run if everything goes to plan.
Example - You have 900k. You borrow 100k. Now you have 1 Million. Sapphires are starting to rise becuase of the new chapter and then you can purchase 50 more.
Advantage = Borrower.

Easy there Mr. Crabs. (think Spongebob)
I don't like the idea of banks, and things suddenly disappearing from your inventory.
You can get along fine with 20k, you don't really NEED to have a super green item. There's lots of great weapons around that cost far less. They also drop, so you can always try farming for them. OR you farm for other weapons such as Totem Axes, Forgotten Fans, SF greens, or golds.
TIP: farm in places you rarely go. drops will be better there.
What we do in my guild: we lend money to players that need, say, armor or a decent weapon, and let them pay it back some other time. Sometimes I just go get weapons for members from collectors, or from our "guild storage", which is currently one of my officers, who's been generous enough to give up inventory space for that purpose. We also have a rune keeper, and I myself am a materials and dye keeper for my guild.
Guild members should help eachother out, not only with missions and quests, but also with builds, weapons, armor etc.

Hmmm, remember a few months ago when they accidentally lowered the prices on many rare items? That was due to economy balance.
What you're sugesting would throw the economy out of balance. People getting large amounts of money out of nowhere and then losing large amounts of money, would just mean chaos.
Also remember Anets policy: they are not allowed to "spawn" items or money. This seems to be getting rather close to being that.

I wouldn't mind a loan NPC with a limit of 1 loan a month, and you can only get a loan for up to 1/4 of the amount of gold already on your character.

Whatever you need in the game you can earn on your own or find it. You don't need 15k/FoW armor. If you want it - earn it.

Im thinking maybe there could be an item, sort odf like a no-interest CD(Certificate of Deposit) that you could buy, for example, in amounts of 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, 75k, 100k. This would be a single item(not an "stacked" item), and placeable in inventory. It woul be similar to customized items in that only the original buyer could use it, and could be "sold" to a merchant outright, or used, in whole of part, to pay for an item. How about trades with other players? Well, if you have one of these, you go to the Monetary Token Merchant(Couldnt think of better name), and select from menu Buy a Token, Sell a Token, Exchange a Token, Player to Player Trade. Last one, you'd turn in token, give amount of token to use(if not exact, say 1k token for 900g item, the 100 goes into inventory), then click confirm, if amount is correct. Its alot like trade is now, in the other respects, youd see items as theyre offered, can change offer before confirming, ect, with the exception that youd have to confirm acceptance, to give players a chance to correct mistakes like entering 50g instead of 500, or realizing they offered wrong item(if two very similar in inventory). Just my 2 cents.
